Afton hails from Peace River, a small town in Alberta, where she grew up and found her stride within the arts. She moved to Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island in 2007 to attend U.P.E.I. and completed a History degree. Once finished school, she found that P.E.I is an awesome place to be andhas since married and started a family here. Afton has worked on and off stage in many theatrical groups and community
organizations including: Peace Players (Peace River), Jubilations Dinner Theatre (Edmonton), ACT (Prince Edward Island) and the Red Rock N Roll Derby League (Prince Edward Island). She’s been fortunate to have played many roles over the last couple years such as Board Member, Assistant Stage Manager, Stage Manager, Actor, Announcer, Roller Derby Referee, Mother, and Marriage Commissioner. This is her first year working with the River Clyde Pageant and she is thrilled to be a part of it.
